Our Compensation Structure
At Amber Roads Travel, we pride ourselves on building a relationship with and taking care of our travelers. As you can imagine, this takes a lot of time. We want every traveler to feel that we really understand what they are looking for when investing in a dream vacation; and every vacation is a dream. Therefore, we work by appointment only and protect that appointment from other distractions.
Since we invest so much time with our clients, we have developed a compensation structure for our work. The details of this can be seen below.
Domestic Travel – $150 for up to 4 people. Changes after booking – $50 per change. Cancellation of trip – 5% of total cost of vacation. This is in addition to any charges by the tour company(s). Domestic Airline tickets only are $25 per ticket.
International Trave – $250 for up to 4 people. Changes after booking – $75 per change. Cancellation of trip – 5% of total cost of vacation. This is in addition to any charges by the tour company(s). International Airline tickets only are $35 per ticket.
For our frequent travelers, we are pleased to offer a Subscription Service. For $2500 per year, you will receive our top-notch service without the above-mentioned fees. This is an excellent deal if you travel more than 5 times per year. This service is limited to only 100 travelers and those are the clients we help first.
